Tim is an Iowa native. He was born in Clarinda and lived in small town Iowa for the first years of his life. In 1990, he moved to the Des Moines area and graduated from Ankeny in 1996. From high school, Tim walked onto the UNI men’s basketball team and graduated with his BA in 2001. His path led him back to Ankeny and he has been selling real estate for over 19 years.
Tim loves real estate and is passionate about his career. He feels that helping his clients buy or sell their home is very challenging and rewarding. He fights to stay on top of new technology and new marketing methods, so his listings always show the best they can. His hard work has awarded him many honors in the business such as the Circle of Excellence and President’s Club, as well as “Grand Centurion” and the “Quality Service Award” Most recently, Tim was voted “Ankeny’s Best Realtor.” Tim's experience with new construction is an asset for any buyer looking to build, whether it's their first build or their fifth. He has extensive knowledge of new developments and potential lots for sale, and has several connections that can make all the difference when looking to build from the ground up. Aside from this knowledge, Tim has helped many happy clients from first time home buyers to empty nesters moving South! In his spare time, you can find Tim spending time with his five children, hunting, golfing, jogging, shooting hoops, or watching sports.
